About this space
Our location is perfect for the beach, ski resorts and only 2 blocks to access the Tahoe National Forest which provides miles and miles of hiking, biking and fun and 3 blocks from Kings Beach. The guest apartment is on the 2nd story above our garage behind our home.
The space
The guest apartment has a full kitchen and bath with a small deck off the bedroom. You can enjoy a gas fireplace in the living room after a fun day on the mountain or at the beach. It is very comfortable with everything you need to have a great vacation. The house is very accessible in the winter as it is 1 block from the main road and near an elementary school so snow removal is consistent.

Why they chose this property
We love our neighborhood because it is our home. We enjoy our friends and neighbors!! You can walk to the beach and to downtown in 5 minutes. We are directly across from a baseball field and the elementary school which where our kids went to school. The forest is 2 blocks from our house with so many opportunities for hiking and biking. The community is very diverse and that makes us happy!!
What makes this property unique
We are so close to Lake Tahoe and an amazing beach and yet our property is very quiet and set back off the road. We live in the main house out front however your apartment is completely private and in the trees.
