We loved our stay!! Ashley was super responsive and even helped us get the TV set up to watch an NBA game. In the perfect location, too. Would definitely stay here again.

Ashley was a great host, and the Tree Canopy was the perfect getaway destination. Excellent location and all the amenities you could need! We really appreciated the local recommendations and would absolutely book the canopy again!

We had a great stay at the Tree Canopy Apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a nice neighborhood and convenient to downtown Austin. We would definitely stay again.

Very well-maintained and comfortable stay for our visit to the UT football game. Ashley was a great and responsive host which made checking in and out easy, along with any other questions we had.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a central location in Austin to stay with a friend or two

The place was awesome and perfect location for a UT football game! One thing the fridge kept beeping for some reason but wasn't a problem.

Hi Aaron, Our apologies for the beeping fridge1 We thought it was a breaker issue that kept resetting the fridge but a technician discovered an issue with the freezer fan and we are currently defrosting it every 2 days to prevent the beeping while we wait on the part to arrive.

Loved everything about this place! Out family of 4 (me, my husband and our 2 young adult daughters) stayed here for UT graduation. The hosts were great: friendly, helpful, efficient. The apartment had a great layout for 4. I loved having bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs. It offered flexibility for our different sleeping schedules. The decor was thoughtful, cool, and stylish. The location behind the main house was so private and quiet. The outdoor sitting area was another bonus! The neighborhood was so much fun to explore. We visited different places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - all really good. There were so many others we didn’t get to try. Hopefully we can come back and stay again!

Awesome rental and hosts! The photos are accurate and the area is safe to walk anytime. It's near Franklin bbq and we walked over. There are also some restaurants , a quick mini mart for foods, coffee, sandwiches and a local artisan handmade store less than a mile away. The AC and fans worked in the hot weather and the washer/dryer was convenient. If you are looking for a quiet,secluded getaway, this is the one!
