Great beach front property in a nice area of OC! Easy access to the beach and easy check in and check out process. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

The place was fantastic The view from the balcony is amazing The location is close to all types of dining . The communication with Kat was great . We had a little issue on our part because we locked ourselves out the 1st day . I was able to reach Kat and everything worked out Rich

Great location!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect , a great view and so easy to go to and from the beach . Property was clean , host was responsive. You need to bring your own linens for bed and towels which I missed in the listing but was easy to grab them from the near by TJMAXX

Location was the decision for renting this unit Beautiful beach view , easy beach access Check-in was convent , actually got to check in early as the cleaners were done and we were already in the area .Bedroom carpets need replacing asap! Bathrooms are in need of freshening up , towel racks , toilet seats are on bad condition.Living room couch is in need of cleaning or replacing Dryer did not work , although I was offered refund if I had to go use the laundry mat a couple blocks away…

We traveled in from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I grew up going in Ocean City every summer and wanted to share that experience with my grandkids who live in Virginia. Well, the gang had a ball and I spent way too much money on the boardwalk, but it was really a nice place to stay. Simple to walk out, and get the bus together to the boardwalk. It was experienced the kids had not had before.FYI, there are lots of beach chairs, two umbrellas plenty of beach essentials. It’s a great location. The balcony view of the ocean is spectacular nice and quiet. Neighbors were friendly We had a great time. Pay attention to.Kat’s note about the bedding.
