Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please - turn the heat down to 55 degrees in the winter - turn the AC up to 75 degrees in the summer. - turn off water for washing machine - empty fridge, freezer & pantry
Please gather towels, start one load of towels in the washing machine & run the dishwasher before checking out.
Trash dumpsters are located across building 29 (nearest) & building 38. A $20 fee will apply if trash is not removed at checkout. Kindly send a message when checked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary guest must be 21+ and present throughout the stay. Noncompliance may result in cancellation. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am. No check-in after 10pm
No loud noise, parties or events allowed! No feeding the wildlife No pets - we are highly allergic family
No smoking or vaping is allowed at any time. This includes the patio. Minimum fine is $500 for cleaning / removing smoke.
