This is a spacious two-bedroom deluxe suite (non-smoking) with Wi-Fi wireless broadband, features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-beds and a separate full bath/bathroom.

The living room area features a private balcony with beach and oceanfront views as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Great beachfront condo in Garden City

This condo is convenient to the Garden City beach pier. Great oceanfront view and adequate room for a family of 4-5. Would recommend!

This is my second consecutive year for renting at the Sea Mystique. This unit was a corner unit and quite nice. From talking to the President of the Homeowners Assn for the timeshare units which comprise approximately 40% of the 24 total units, all time shares were upgraded last year with new appliances and painted. It reflected in the appearance of the unit that I rented. We only had four people staying in the unit which made it very comfortable. The only complaint that I had was that the Wi-Fi did not work very well and after informing the office management, it never did get fixed the entire time we were there. Disappointing since one of my guests needed that service. Otherwise this resort is very nicely located in Garden City and would consider leasing again next year in 2015. The Owner of this timeshare is quite helpful in explaining the rental terms and gives you a lot of good information.

SC Family Fourth of July.

Our family rented this two bedroom condo. It was well maintained and very comfortable. I would suggest that you not have more than four people use it at the same time. The total size of the unit makes it a little cramped for more than four. The bedrooms with the single queen and the two twins were comfortable. HVAC was adequate. The kitchen and dining area were well stocked with supplies and equipment. The outside maintenance of the building was excellent. It looked to have been recently painted. Access to luggage carts was easy. Parking was never an issue but only one parking pass is available. The check-in staff which is at another location about a half mile away were very good. I would rent this unit again for a quiet family location. The owner was very helpful explaining the use of the unit.

I like go to the Sea Mystique Resorts vacation each year. It is very relaxing at the resorts and the beach/ ocean is right at the resorts in a private properties.

Hi, I am JW, I like this resorts very much because I like the Beach/ Ocean Front and can view and hear the ocean sounds at the balcony or in the living room. It's within a short driving distance of my home.

What makes this property unique

I enjoy the resorts very close to fishing piers and can launch my boat at the near mariner.
