Maritime Place has been the go-to destination for Garden City Beach family vacations for years. Delight your senses for all thing beach from your ocean front balcony. Meal prep is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. A10 is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath third floor condominium that comfortably accommodates 6. Create lasting memories with family and friends on the beach or by the pool. Located only 0.3 miles from the Garden City Pier where you'll find amusements, food and beverage, sundries and more! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Beachfront get-away

We love Maritime Place. Excellent location and amenities. Have stayed in this complex for many years. A10 has excellent ocean views but needs updating and a deep clean. Dunes staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Nice Location

The location was great however the property was not great. The king sized bed was hard as a rock - to the point that we never slept in it after the first night. The queen bed was comfortable enough but there was a broken fake fingernail in between the sheets. So it was not an ideal property as far as cleanliness. I wouldn't stay in this particular property again.
