Our home from home has a very spacious open plan living area. Huge corner sectional sofa and ottoman for chilling out and low level lighting to enhance your relaxation. Our entertainment system in the living room comprises of a 55' LG HDTV, HD cable, LG Blue Ray, LG Home Entertainment System, PS2 Console. Our home is fitted with Wireless High Speed Internet connection (Own laptop required) and the use of this facility is included in the rental rate.

Our Villa is fully air conditioned as you would accept in Florida with additional ceiling fans fitted throughout for your added convenience.

Own laundry room comes with washing machine and tumble dryer. We also supply an iron & board and a clothes horse for delicates.

Our kitchen comes fully fitted with Electric Cooker & Hob with an over Microwave and of course the American style Fridge Freezer with ice maker!

You will find plenty of crockery, cutlery & table wear for 10 guests, and Children's Tupperware crockery & cutlery are also provided. We have a selection of non breakable glass wear for pool area usage.

As we have mentioned about our home is open planned and flows throughout the downstairs into spacious open plan dining area with additional seating at the breakfast bar area and comfy love seat.
You will find we have fantastic views looking out over the conservation area whilst dining inside and out! This is a truly fantastic villa for your family.

There are plenty of opportunities to relax at our home as we have an oversized pool and decking area with a hot tub. While relaxing on the decking you can take in the view of both our lake and conversation area. You can sunbathe by the pool, eat Alfresco at our outside dining table or chill under our linai in our comfy sitting area.

If you're looking for a little more excitement why not have a game of pool on our full size 8' slate bed pool table or alternatively a game of air hockey or foosball.

Our home is located conveniently for all Major Florida attractions. Disney World Main Gate being only 10 minutes away opening up many parks such as Disney Animal Kingdom Park, Hollywood Film Studios (formerly MGM Studios), Epcot And Disney Magic Kingdom Park. Also you can take a day in the sun at one of Disney's Water Parks. Disney's Typhoon Lagoon designed as a tropical paradise, and Disney's Blizzard Beach themed on a frosty ski resort.

Also very close are the theme parks at Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure. Take the 532 from our villa to the Champions Gate exit and head to Orlando on the I4 until you reach the exit for Universal Studios. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes.

SeaWorld Orlando Theme Park is located just off the I4 before the Universal Studios exit. Also located optimise and owned by SeaWorld are Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Discovery Cove is a limited entrant park where you will need to book to swim with the dolphins. If you book a day here it will be a day that you will remember for the rest of your life's. Aquatica is a water designed and run by the SeaWorld group. There are lots of fun slides and shoots to enjoy with all the family.

International Drive is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from our home and has a wealth of choice when it comes to eating, entertainment and shopping. You will find all the major chain restaurants and bars available in this area.

There is also Sand Lake Road for a night out with fine dining and up market wine bars. These include Chris Ruth's Steak House, Rocco Taco's Mexican Restaurants, Season 52, Slate and many more.

Another area not to miss is Old Town In Kissimmee on the 192. On a Saturday night they have Cruiser Cars Nite where you can view many old classic cars from the past. They also have a great amusement area with many rides for the kids and adults if you haven't had enough of the Parks.

If you are feeling the daily Theme Park visits a little to much then there beaches a plenty just over an hour away. Daytona Beach is fantastic and the pier and boardwalk are ideal places to relax and eat. Two times a year they have the biker weekends which are absolutely fantastic. On the other coast we have Clearwater Beach another ideal opportunity to relax and enjoy this tourist area location. If you are looking for a slightly more off the track beach location two more that we would recommend are Madeira Beach by St Johns Pass and Anna Maria Island. Madeira Beach is usually pretty quite at anytime of year and being opposite St Johns Pass makes it ideal for having a bite to eat as well. Anna Maria Island is probably one of the most peaceful places on earth. We have spend many a day relaxing on the beach and enjoying a drink on the pier.

If shopping is something you wish to do than Florida has some of the best options available from discount areas to high end premium brands. There are plenty of shopping areas where you can shop at discounted prices one of the most popular being the outlet mall at Lake Buena Vista which is approximately 15 minutes North on the I4. There are also The Mall Millenia for high end big brand names and the Florida Mall which is middle of park as far as pricing is concerned.

It goes without saying that Florida is probably one of the best places to play golf. Our home is located just minutes from one of the best known areas Champions Gate where they are a few options for all levels of golfers. Call them up and book a convenient tee time that suits your itinerary.
