We have stayed in another property on Acadia estates many times which had gone down hill last few visits so we found this property. We’re so glad we did it was very well stocked with everything you need, clean and sits a little further away from the road that’s now busy since they built a 7-11 on so it’s very peaceful. The pool heat was ready for us when we arrived which we find others don’t ever stick to.The owners are the stand out for this villa they communicated very quickly before we arrived then when our hotel got cancelled they were amazing sorting out the villa for an extra night at the start something that I could never than them enough for.We will be back in a few months.

We had a wonderful stay! We had 11 total in our group of two families. We were there for cheer summit and this property was very conveniently located to the cheer competition and also the parks! Was great to have separate living areas and plenty of bathrooms along with a full kitchen and a pool to boot! Would definitely stay here again!

Great House! Lots of room, very clean, and everyone enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be using this house again when we return for another Orlando vacation.

Wonderful house and host!

This was a family of 7 trip to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The house was so adorable and relaxing. We enjoyed so much family time between movie room, playing pool, watching TV and the heated pool and hot tub. Great place to relax after days at Disney World and Universal Studios. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great amenities with constant communication

Tina's property was amazing! We were in town for a family reunion, and the property added to good times outside of the other scheduled big family activities. This listing is completely accurate, and she maintained contact with us... from fixing the door code when we arrived to letting us add an additional night at the last minute. We enjoyed the game/movie room, and the pool and hot tub was a great amenity for the family and kids. We will definitely be back!

This is by far the most amazing and nicest property I've stayed at since visiting FL, the house was all that I could ever imagine the property management was very nice and considerate! I didn't have not one thing to complain about, I mean everything was just how it was listed! My kids really enjoyed themselves!! I definitely will and forever book when visiting!! I really give this property a 10/10

My family’s stay at this VRBO was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable. The theater room with numerous kids DVDs and the multi game stand up arcade console was a huge hit. The pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect without having to pay an extra fee. There were only a few things I wish were included which are a crock pot, a gas barbecue, a better knife set, and more kitchen utensils. I did have a question regarding the pool, and the hostess responded right away. Just wanted to mention a couple things that we had to figure out; the knob next to the “pool rules” sign outside controls the volume of the outside speakers and the Roku in the theater room is mounted behind the projector on the ceiling and you have to point the remote at it from behind the projector. My family would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Awesome property! Our girls in our Girl Scout troop loved every minute we were there. They wanted to be at the house versus being at Disney.

My family and I stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend, and we had the BEST time! I travel to Orlando often to visit family, and this is BY FAR the best home we’ve rented. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical because of the reasonable price, but the property looks exactly like the pictures—and it exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for everyone, along with plenty of things to keep guests of all ages entertained. One of our favorite perks was not having to pay an additional fee to heat the jacuzzi! The house was also conveniently located near so many stores, restaurants, and other amenities, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hosts were incredibly nice, responsive, and accommodating. We had a minor issue getting into the house because we arrived early for check-in, but they responded quickly and updated the door code without any hassle. We absolutely loved our stay and are already trying to plan our next trip so we can stay here again. Highly recommend this property—you won’t be disappointed!

Communication with host was very good and they were prompted dealing with things. Super nice with some special circumstances we had. The price was very reasonable. Pool was refreshing and the air conditioner was on when we got there. That said, kitchen could have been stocked better with some other things and some of the doors to the outside seemed a little loose and difficult to close properly. There was a screen issue when we first got there but was taken care of pretty promptly too. All in all a very good place to stay. Cleanliness was good

The house was very clean and inviting. The host was extremely accommodating. Any issues that came up were immediately addressed. We had six adults and four children. Everyone had plenty of room. We did discover that the queen bedroom did not have a private bathroom, but we made it work. The kids enjoyed the movie/game room. The adults enjoyed the Hot Tub. Everyone had a wonderful time!
