With sweeping, unobstructed views of the beach, this custom-built masterpiece is perfect for a beachfront retreat. This home offers breathtaking panoramic vistas that are simply unmatched. Designed to maximize outdoor enjoyment, the residence features a beautiful wrap around porch and an expansive ground-level backyard, perfectly suited for embracing Naples' coveted showcasing soaring ceilings, elegant hardwood floors, and a fresh, coastal aesthetic.

1. No parties or events are allowed. 
2. No smoking of any kind. 
3. There are no additional guests allowed other than the ones listed in your reservation request. If there are more guests than the number indicated, the host has the right to adjust the charge of your reservation or cancel your entire stay.
4. No pets over 40 lb. No pit-bulls. 2 pet maximum. $100 per pet. 
5. Quiet hours: 11PM - 7AM. 
6. Renters are responsible for propane tank for bbq if what is supplied runs out.
7. All homes are inspected after check out. The guest is responsible for the cost of any missing or broken household items and appliances.
