This house has everything needed to have a small family reunion or vacation, we had 22 family members and the house slept everyone comfortably and the dining room with two tables made it perfect to eat and play games!

Incredible Beach House for our four families to hang out, but also have space when needed. The location is excellent and very close to all the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. We look forward to renting this property again.

This house was awesome with several amenities that weren’t listed like two bbq pits at the house, also an ice machine in the kitchen.

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped for a large group. I was disappointed that the boardwalk had a drop off at the end that wasn't really walkable for many of us.

This beach house was perfect for us...10adults and 12kids (from 3-14yrs old). It was extra helpful that all bedrooms, living & kitchen were all on the same floor...made it easy to keep an eye on the younger kids. The covered patio provided a great open outdoor space to hang out without having to go downstairs. Private access to the beach was cool, but we ended up taking the longer route next to the park since the route attached to the house had a pretty steep drop once you get to the top of the dune...the longer route next to the park made it easier to get down to the beach...especially if you plan on bringing a wagon or cooler. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future.

Fantastic!!

This is a nine-bedroom house with a large living and dining area. The kitchen has two refrigerators/freezers. There is a separate ice maker. Three bedrooms have en suite baths. Two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bath. The remaining bedrooms share two baths (one on each wing of the house). Ck-in was easy (very friendly). Ck-out was easy. We were able to accommodate 20 people (ages 2-69) in the house. There is a private deck path to the beach and outdoor showers to rinse off in the downstairs area. If you are planning to park on the beach, be sure to buy a beach parking pass; it's good for the remainder of the calendar year. This was our family's second rental of the house and we plan to return in 2027! Would definitely recommend! Also, Marlin's Beach Carts will give you a discount on a rental if you are staying at the beach house; they will also deliver and pick up the cart.
