Welcome to Bahama Dreaming - just a few blocks from Center Street! Beachfront 3 story home with (heated) pool and a great putting green so everyone can have fun right on the property. A private boardwalk takes you from the pool area straight to beach sands! There is an 18 ft. expansive sliding glass door in the main family room that opens to the screened porch with great views of the beach and ocean. There is plenty of room to enjoy the pool and grill your dinner for shade lovers and sun worshippers! Each deck level has incredible views to enjoy during your stay!

On the main floor is the gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking for friends and family. There are 3 bedrooms on this level: one king, one queen, and one with a queen and twin with trundle beds. All bedrooms have private baths! A great screened porch extends the living area to the outdoors, overlooking the pool and ocean tides!

Second floor has a common room and 3 bedrooms: one king, 2 queens. A large deck is a great gathering space with covered and open space!

Third floor is another common room that opens to 2 decks. Amazing views galore from this level!

Elevator goes from garage to the main floor. 3 levels of decks for relaxing and hanging out, with a great view of the Folly pier. The main floor master suite has its own porch and amazing ocean views. There are 3 living spaces (1 on each floor). The 3rd floor game room has a wet bar & a shuffleboard table. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Enjoy views of beautiful sun rises and sunsets from several decks.

Please note that the pool heater will only work if air temperatures are greater than 50 degrees. Cost to heat pool is $50/day.

IMPORTANT: Folly Beach has strict rules about noise and events that can result in violations and fines. No events are allowed at this house. This is in a residential neighborhood we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors who live here year round and respectful of our beautiful beaches.

Perfect family vacation spot

This was a perfect stay for our big group--house had everything we needed and more. Pool was perfect for the kids and proximity to all Folly has to offer was great. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation

We had 8 kids and 6 adults. The propert was huge and the pool and immediate beach access was perfect. All the places to shop and eat were within walking distance. It was a perfect vacation.

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Home

Our group of 10 (4 kids, their parents and two grandmas) enjoyed Bahama Dreaming for spring break. This home is absolutely gorgeous, well built, well stocked and well maintained. Elevator to main floor and the playroom on the third floor were especially appreciated. Beautiful pool. Rental agents were a pleasure to deal with. We hope to be back next year.

This is the best house we could have possibly stayed in.

The correspondence with the owner from day one was great. Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. You can’t get a better view or a better room! The amenities sell themselves, but not one of our guests wasn’t impressed.

Family Ready Beach property

We had 12+ stay and everyone had their own room and bathroom! The pool and putting green were used daily and so was the ping pong table. The beach access at any property on Folly is great but being close and being able to get additional items was very nice. It was a good place for us!

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach with our extended family. The house was perfect for multiple families and allowed a great gathering space as well as enough room that we were not on top of each other. The kids especially appreciated the pool along with beach access. The beach was not overly crowded and we saw lots of wild life. It was a short walk to many different dining options, coffee, ice cream, and bars. We would definitely recommend and return in the future! Cindy was great to work with, was very responsive and helpful with all questions. She was flexible with helping make the accommodations perfect for our family, including finding an extra pack and play.

Unbelievable Home and Location

One would be hard pressed to find a better property for a mid-large size group in Folly Beach. The spacious, modern home, great pool, and direct beach access made it the ideal spot for our group. The house is only an 8-10 minute walk from downtown Folly Beach, which made finding restaurants and stores quick. Very highly recommended.

WHAT AN AMAZING HOUSE!

THIS IS AN AMAZING HOUSE! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, THE KITCHEN IS ONE OF THE BEST STOCKED I HAVE EVER SEEN, WHAT EVER YOU NEED ITS THERE. THE VIEWS ARE BREATH TAKING, AND WE WERE IN THE POOL ALMOST THE WHOLE TIME. WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME , AND ARE ALREADY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHEN WE CAN GO BACK NEXT YEAR!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This house was amazing and comfortably fit 14 girls for the long weekend. Cindy and Alana had everything you could need already at the house. They were so helpful with my questions leading up to the rental and even had great recommendations on things to do and see. I would highly recommend renting this home!

We purchased this property with the intent of building a special home designed specifically for vacation renters in mind. Location is perfect - only 4 blocks from Center Street where most restaurants, shops, and the new fishing pier are located.

Designed especially for vacation guests! Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks. Every deck captures panoramic views of the ocean, beach, sunrises and sunsets. There is plenty of private space and shared space for everyone to enjoy their stay at Folly Beach!
