Everything was clean and functional but there was a big bug problem due to the doors and windows not sealing properly.

Thank you for staying with us and for noting that everything was clean and functional. We’re sorry you experienced an issue with house flies during your stay. We understand how frustrating that can be. We have reviewed the doors and windows and are also taking additional steps with the building to help prevent this from happening again. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to keep the space comfortable for future guests.
