What a great week we had! This house is perfect! It is stocked with anything you would ever need. Kerry was great to deal with throughout the whole process from the time we booked until the day we left. I would highly recommend Island Time!

We really enjoyed our trip. Everything was perfect. The host was amazing and property manager was great.. no problems . North Captiva is a special place and this was a wonderful place to stay. It had Everything we needed to host our big family.

Tortuga Properties is amazing

Amazing!

Our family spent 10 days here. It was wonderful! Very clean, well stocked, beautiful well kept home and the views of the Island were amazing! Communication and getting on and off Island was also very easy! Highly recommend!

The property had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! The gof carts were such a bonus. There was so much space and the kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, pitchers, utensils— everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs and high-quality towels. The concierge communicated the arrival and departure details thoroughly. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Island Time!

Excellent location. Screened in Pool was fantastic especially since we had a few rain days. Having a Blackstone and Webber gas grill made grilling easy and was able to make some of the breakfast outside. Communication was great. Kerry was very responsive. A little walk or short golf cart ride down to the beach. Very peaceful week this time of year.

We had a wonderful time staying at Island Time. We prepared many great meals on the Blackstone grill and ate them on the large screened in porch. The kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture and bedding was comfortable. The host and managing company were very communicative. Overall a great vacation.
