Run down

Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price.

My family has been coming to Park Ave. for 5 generations. It’s a piece of Estero before all the development.

What makes this property unique

The yard around sunset is beautiful. You feel like you’re far away from busy SW Florida. However the location is centrally located to many attractions.
