**Important Information:**
- The facility is not supervised.
- Follow the operating instructions for the sauna and infrared cabin. Contact the host if you have any questions or issues.
**Guidelines for Use:**
- **Maximum Recommended Time:** 15-20 minutes. If you feel faint or dizzy, leave the sauna immediately.
- **Proper Attire:** Bathing suits are required at all times.
- **Towels:** Always place a towel on the bench where you are sitting or lying.
**To Operate the Sauna:**
1. Press **ON/OFF** on the control pad. The red indicator light next to ON/OFF will illuminate when the sauna is on.
2. Press **TEMP** and use the UP/DOWN arrows to set the desired temperature (recommended: 120-180°F).
3. The sauna takes approximately 15 minutes to heat up fully.
**POOL RULES & OPERATION**
**To Heat the Pool:**
- Turn the timer by the pool stairs to the full 4 hours and press the **START** button on the pump control panel next to the timer.
- This is not a hot tub; the water will not be hot. The maximum temperature is 78°F.
- This is a relaxation plunge pool. Allow 3-4 hours for the water to fully heat.
**Pool Rules:**
- **No Lifeguard On Duty** – Swim at your own risk.
- **NO DIVING.**
- Non-swimmers and children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

- Pets should be kept away from the tub to avoid damage and injury.
- Never operate any electrical appliance while in the tub or when your body is wet. Do not place any electrical appliances, such as lights, telephones, radios, or televisions, within 5 feet (1.5 m) of the tub.
- The use of alcohol, drugs, or medication before or during the cold plunge may lead to loss of consciousness and increase the risk of drowning.
- Persons with a history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, or diabetes should consult a physician before using a cold plunge tub.
- Persons taking medication should consult a physician before using the tub, as some medications may induce drowsiness, while others may affect heart rate, blood pressure, or circulation.
- Prolonged immersion in water below 70°F (21°C) can pose a risk of hypothermia. Note that core body temperature may continue to drop even after exiting the cold plunge tub.
- Do not operate tools, heavy machinery, or attempt to drive immediately after completing a cold plunge.
- Always enter the cold plunge tub feet first and breathe continuously in a steady, structured rhythm. Do not hyperventilate or hold your breath while immersed in the tub.
