This property is amazing! Perfect for a large group. Tons of modern amenities and room. Tommy, the host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we will be back to stay here.

Everything about our stay was great! Perfect for our family group of 16 . Parking for multiple cars was easy. We were in town for a graduation at University at Buffalo & access to the campus was a just right distance. Thank you Tommy!

This house is absolutely stunning and looks just like the pictures. Everything is new in the home and well supplied. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. There was plenty of parking. We had 14 people stay in both apartments and it was the best VRBO stay that I've had.

Based on comfort for my family and the space we needed it was perfect. We had access to saving by eating in, had sisters over to visit in-between a family reunion. All the grown kids had what they needed. Beds were so comfortable we tried to see the brand, if we could get that please. The beds were protected so well with bed covers for cleanliness, we didn't see it. We would go back and one sister asked for info on the place to keep in mind. Thank you for a great and comfortable time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property which provided us with the amenities we needed for a family reunion. The host was responsive to inquiries which I appreciated. This was a very nice home base for our group of 10 people. Bonus too that the house was close to get the things you need from groceries (Wegman’s, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, etc., as well of retail therapy options, local eateries & easy access to visit the area’s attractions.
