4 adults plus a 30lb dog. Nice grass area for the dog to play, friendly neighbors and the pool area was nice. Home was fully equipped with necessities and stores are very close by.

This was a wonderful stay! Not only did the house look just like the pictures and had all the amenities I needed plus more, but it had wonderful scenery to walk around outside. Quiet convenient location from which to explore Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Comfy beds, clean, with responsive host. Nice amount of space for 2 people traveling together who prefer separate bedrooms; would also be great for 2 couples to share. Loved having the walking path in the nearby park.

clean property, private hot tub was clean and ideal. location next to park and walking paths is a huge plus. Safe and quiet area. 20 minutes to the airport.The back sliding glass door lock did not work with the key from the outside but did work from the inside using the latch
