Coco's Beach House: Quiet Setting w/ Hot Tub, Lovely Backyard

Living Spaces
There's plenty of room for your group of up to 12 guests to gather here! Two indoor living spaces—one on the main level and one downstairs—feature flat-screen TVs and comfy seating for conversations and movie nights. A three-season sunroom off the kitchen is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or keep watch over the kids as they play in the backyard. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the hot tub deck. Perfect for sunset soaks after dinner!

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
You may decide to let South Haven's many delicious, nearby restaurants do all the cooking for you on your vacation. But if not, the fully equipped and stocked kitchen is ready and waiting. Store your groceries in the roomy double-sided fridge, and prep ingredients at the granite center island. Sit down to eat together (takeout counts!) in your eat-in kitchen, with a breakfast nook for 4 and a long granite counter with bar stool seating.

Bed & Bath
Two of the bedrooms, as well as a full bath with a shower, are located in the finished basement. One bedroom has one Queen bed and one twin—great for families with a young child they want to keep close (sleeps 3). The other bedroom has a Queen bed. On the main level are the other 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including the primary suite!

Outdoor Spaces
Outside, the 6-person hot tub beckons after an active day of beach-combing or hunting South Haven's shops for something special to take home. Have dinner al fresco on the deck's dining table (with burgers from the gas grill) overlooking the hot tub. A spacious, grassy back lawn provides the perfect setting for lawn games and letting the kids burn off their energy before bedtime… while you soak in the hot tub with your favorite drink.

Fun Beach house

The house was exactly what we were looking to host a nice relaxing a away with family and friends. Nice open concept, clean, great accommodations, and super close the beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect House

Coco’s Beach House was the perfect house for our family and dog in South Haven. Like other reviews, the pictures of the property really don’t show how amazing this house actually is. So clean, great layout, and so close to the beach. The patio is the perfect place for lounging.

Great Stay

We had our family of 12 summer vacation at Stan's Beach House in South Haven. The property was in a good location, and maintained very well. Easy walk to the park and beach. We all had a great time.

Fall break getaway

This home was beautifully decorated, the perfect size for our group, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the location. Within walking distance of the lake, restaurants and stores! Will definitely be back!!

Awesome for a family vacation!

We found the house very accommodating and comfortable. Lots of beds and living space. We had a family of 9 there for a week, and had plenty of room. Very close to the beach, a playground and downtown. The house is impeccably clean and contemporary. We Highly Recommend it!

The pictures do NOT do this home justice! I use the word "home" as it felt so welcoming and comfortable. The energy itself is welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you could need. The location is prime with views of Lake Michigan. I wish we were able to spend more than 3 nights there. I would recommend Coco's Beach House highly. There were 7 adults and 3 children under the age of 6 and we never felt that we were walking on top of each other. So much space! Plus they are pet friendly. Bonus!

Everything we wanted in a South Haven Beach House

We loved this house and are very thankful that the owner allows pets! It's bigger than it looks online. Everything seems new and in great condition. The location puts you about a block from South Beach and its amazing sunsets. The hot tub is a great feature, as is the deck and screened porch. Plenty of rooms for adults and a fun room downstairs for the kids.

Great House in South Haven, Short Walk to the Beach.

This is a wonderful house. Very modern. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was spotless when we arrived. We walked three blocks every evening to watch the sunset over Lake Michigan from the comfort of a public bench. It was quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating -- just what you'd want from a vacation.

Beautiful home near beach!

The pictures didn't do this property justice! Beautiful property right near the beach. Hot tub was great. It would be nice if there were more garbage bags, paper towels and kitchen towels. There was only 1 extra garbage bag but plenty of other utensils. Easy check in and out. Thank you!

5-Star Stay

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Stan’s Beach House even in October. I’ve never rented a place more clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here. Two things to ensure are knowing the password to parental controls in the bedrooms to access Direct TV channels outside of the main living room. Also it would have been nice, but not absolutely necessary, for the lawn mowers to not service midday on Saturday while you are enjoying the hot tub. Overall it was a super great trip and wonderful home to rent.

Awesome location and house with some spoilers.

The air conditioner was out for 24 hours. Hot water in master shower very difficult. A new part was NOT installed. Lower level shower made loud pipe noise. NE lower level bedroom had wet floor the full week. House accommodated 9 people very well and is nicely decorated & stocked. Very conveniently located.

As far as the HVAC, we did receive your after hours emergency call in the later hours of the evening, and were able to get someone to the home the next day. In regards to the plumbing, we were notified that the master shower had warm water (but not hot water) but were never notified of a pipe noise in the lower level? We were able to have a plumber to the home and the issue is being resolved. As far as the basement floor, we did send staff to the home to address the issue right after being notified. It is worth mentioning that this was not reported until the 3rd day of your stay. Unfortunately, there has not been an easy/immediate solution, but the homeowners are working on a solution before havings other guests in the home. Thank you again for your feedback.

FABULOUS

Better than fotos: the outside area was a total surprise and we used it daily. The kitchen was so well equipped with every kind of utensil, pans, plenty of dishes, glasses, and sharp knives. We did have to buy extra toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towels. Also had to wash dish towels several times. There were 11 of us foodies. Night lite in Master bathroom would help us seniors.

Great Place for a Family Gathering

The house is amazing, well stocked, and was perfect for a family Thanksgiving celebration. We enjoyed our walks, family meals, and hanging out playing games. We also appreciated the variety of sitting spaces which allowed each of us get some space when we needed it. Our only issues were related to cleanliness (piece of glass in the carpet, food splatters on cabinets) and supplied. We were surprised that for a group of 8 adults, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper is provided as the "welcome" amenities. There was also no soap in all of the bathrooms for handwashing (there was some under the counter in the master bath). Had we had known, we would have purchased those things during our shop, but it was no where on the VRBO site that we would need to provide our own extra.

Great rental in beautiful South Haven

We stayed here with 3 generations of our family for our yearly Memorial Day weekend in South Haven. This was our first time at this house and we were all happy here. The main level worked great for my older parents who did not have to climb a lot of stairs. Living room was stocked with games and puzzles. We enjoyed the sun room, and hot tub. It is not in the pics, but they have added a gorgeous outdoor space with a pergola for more outdoor living. Our only complaints were that noise tends to carry in the house, especially on that first floor where the bedrooms are close to the living spaces. We bought some fans from Meijer for white noise. The basement was very very cold with the air and the vents would not close. Overall, the house is beautiful, well stocked, and a great location. We will be back. :)

Delightful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco's Beach House. The home was immaculate, comfortably laid out and well-equipped. The deck was great for family meals prepared on the outdoor grill. The hot tub was very clean. Beautiful South Beach was close by as were the benches for viewing the sunset every evening. We also enjoyed the proximity to the VanBuren bike trail. All of our family group as well as our 4-footed family member would love to stay here again. South Haven is a delightful location!

Our family - 2 adults, 3 children - had a wonderful time staying here for a week in June. The house is well laid out, with a spacious and light-filled living room and a convenient kitchen located within sight lines of each other. The kids lived the hot tub, esp. on the cooler days. The house has a nice supply of different-sized towels, and sheets, floors and surfaces were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the beaches and town center. Great house!

Great house

The house was very nice, upgraded with all modern conveniences. It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Of course, the location was awesome, being right across the street from the lake and down the street from the beach.
