The house was very spacious and clean for our stay. We were here for a baseball tournament and the property suited our needs perfectly. We had enough space to where our two families didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The very few issues we had were tended to promptly. Communication was excellent. The house was mostly updated and we were very impressed with how clean everything was. My kids enjoyed the pool on our one afternoon we had of free time. It was a quick and easy drive into Waxahachie. The only thing that we did not enjoy was that there isn't door to separate the toilet in the master bathroom from the rest of the bathroom. Definitely not a deal breaker but that would have made the stay even better. I would certainly recommend this property and will stay here again if we play in the area in the future.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home in a very nice neighborhood! It was big and roomy and well furnished! The pool was very nice and the owners also set up a pool table and arcade games and also supplied board games and books. The host responded quickly to our texts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable! There were plenty of beds and couches and gathering areas—an excellent place for a big family!

It is a beautiful home and property. We enjoyed the space to gather together in the den and dining areas. There were plenty of towels. The pool was perfect for a hot Texas day. We would love to return for a longer stay.

From the minute we entered the d th many wihome we felt swept away by the level of luxury we experienced. Super clean, stocked with convenience items. Fantastic visit!

Excellent floor plan; good communication with host and she's gracious enough to have us checked in an hour early without extra cost.. everything was great. The only thing that we were not able to use is the swimming pool coz it had a lot of debris and also already setting at the bottom of the pool. We tried to clean it oirsleves int he morning, but it was too much of debris.The sink was leaking and was flooding the kitchen but no big deal coz we did turn it off..overall, the house and our stay was good, and I'd still recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful home with loads of space.

Ashley was super helpful throughout the entire process, including after we checked out and we had to return for a forgotten item. The home is beautiful, with plenty of space for large parties. My friends and I all loved the property including the very nice pool. We have zero complaints and would stay again

Our large, extended family was together for 3.5 days, all 14 of us! This house gave us five separate areas to enjoy for eating, playing games in the game room, Christmas morning in the living room, football on a big-screen TV in the media room, and swimming in a great heated pool. (The host turned it on two days before we arrived to make sure it was ready. We felt spoiled :) The kitchen is very well stocked (loved the waffle setup and island stove). When we wore ourselves out, we utilized all four bedrooms and the media room, and no one felt crowded. There were extra pillows and bedding if we had needed them. Clean, bright, open home that I will be utilizing again for my large brood.
