Quite upscale neighborhood located on the golf course. Just a short drive to the beach.
What makes this property unique
The great room offers a huge area with a bar, pool table , 85 in Tv and large sectional sofa. Which leads out to the outdoor living area also with an 85 in screen and heated pool. The kitchen is directly out of a magazine with a Cambria quartz breakfast bar and countertop.
