Main Bedroom (Second Floor): A cozy queen-sized bed, a 32-inch TV, and a designated workspace with a desk and office chair.
Additional Bedroom (Second Floor): A second queen-sized bed.
Third Bedroom (Basement): Two full-sized futons, ideal for extra guests.
The home also features two full bathrooms (on the second floor and basement) and a half bath on the first floor for convenience.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
Entertainment: A 55-inch TV in the first-floor living room and a 65-inch TV in the basement, along with a variety of board games and a couple of video game systems.
Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for guests who prefer to cook their own meals.
Outdoor Space: A spacious deck that includes a hangout area and a grill to enjoy with family or friends.
Accessibility:
Please note that this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Access to the basement is via a sloped walk around the house, but the first floor is accessed by stairs from the front porch or basement, and the second floor is accessible only by stairs.
