Exclusive modern house with panoramic views, both inside and out. There is a large private pool 12m by 4m.

This is the complete house and also includes the extra space in the basement (with windows for light and good feeling and direct acces to an extra terrace in the basement).

Normal space: up to 8 persons (other advertisement)
This is the complete house (ground floor, first floor, solarium, outdoor terasses & pool) except for the extra appartement in the basement.

Large modern villa close to the Alicante airport with beautiful views over the San Fulgencio area. Newly build in 2016. Spacious indoor place with very well equipped kitchen, eating area and living space. There are 2 indoor bathrooms: shower, washbasin(s), toilet and 1 extra separate toilet on the first floor and 1 outdoor shower. Large outdoor space with private pool (12m x 4m) and outside sink. It's nice to cut fruits and vegetables and still enjoy the company and the sun.
Only 3 kilometers from the Guardamar beaches. The villa has a central location to visit Alicante, Torrevieja, Elche and of course all the nice beaches. The price is based on 8 people sharing , 2 more can be added at extra cost (then you can you use the 5 th bedroom with bathroom in the basement).

We are a family from Belgium with 2 teenage kids.

Why they chose this property

Some years ago we were looking for a place with better weather conditions than Belgium and after some research we choose the Costa Blanca (more than 300 days sun a year and just a 2 hour flight from Belgium).
So we build our dream holiday house in Spain and now we try to come over as much as possible. We build the house completely to our wishes without any compromise. We are happy to share our second home with other people and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We are sure you will have a fabulous experience!
We will not be around when you rent the house, but you will probably get a feeling of who we are and of our taste by enjoying the same living space and we will leave a small present for you.

What makes this property unique

The property has a lot of privacy because there is a wall around. But since it tis located on a hill side you still have a great view on the surroundings. It is located close to the airport (25km) and very close to the beach (just 3km).
