We’d like to clarify that the “host fees” mentioned are actually set and collected by the booking platform, and unfortunately, we as hosts don’t have control over them. We always aim to be transparent about pricing in our listing to help guests make informed decisions. Regarding the check-in and check-out times, these are standard across many short-term rentals to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation between guests. That said, we do our best to accommodate early check-in requests when possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the door code — the Internet went down for several hours — something beyond anyone's control and that certainly wasn’t our intention. However, we gave you a call and were able to check you in before 4pm. As for the checkout instructions, we try to keep them minimal and reasonable to help maintain the space for future guests, and we’re always open to feedback on how we can improve.
