☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This charming beach getaway accommodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms between the two units. The apartments are nearly identical. In each unit, one bedroom is located on the first floor in the back of the apartment. It's fitted with a queen size bed, a dresser as well as a closet for extra storage. The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the home and is fitted with a queen-size bed, a closet and a small, half ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom, fitted with three twins and one full sized bed, is located on the second floor and has a closet for storage. All bedrooms are equipped with window a/c units.


☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are four bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The full bathrooms are located on the first floor of each unit and have a shower/tub combo. The master bedrooms on the second floor contain a small(!) half ensuite bathroom.


☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The kitchen areas are small but mighty, and are fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There are dining tables in the kitchen area which each seat 6. Note: Dining tables have 4 chairs and a bench for 2 additional guests. All dining essentials are provided to enjoy a comfortable home-cooked meal at the table.

The living rooms are situated on the main level of each unit and are kitted with smart TVs with Roku entertainment systems, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. There is seating for 5 people in each living room. Living rooms are equipped with window a/c units for comfort!

Each unit features a cozy sun room at the front of the apartment equipped with seating for 4. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listen to the waves crashing!


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home boasts a patio out front with dining furniture for 6 people, as well as lounge furniture for 10. There are two outdoor showers allowing guests to wash the sand off before heading back inside! There are two gas grills for guest use year-round.

Guests staying at this beach getaway have full access to all listed rooms and amenities. Please note this home is a duplex and you will be renting both units - each side is nearly identical.

There are window AC units in each of the six bedrooms in the summer. We also have portable fans to use in each unit's living room area.

This home is located in a welcoming, residential neighborhood. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and a unique code will be given to guests prior to check-in. There is enough parking for five vehicles in the driveway.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly-rated, professional housekeeping companies.

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone unless crated.
