This is an amazing property. The yard and view is beautiful and it is always very clean and stocked with the essentials. We have stayed here many years for our annual family get together at Lake Cumberland and look forward to it every year.

Phenomenal property. We loved how secluded this property was. We had beautiful starry views every night. The only downside for this property was the lack of lake access, but there are multiple spots to drop a boat in or to go swim within minutes of the property. Overall I’d recommend for a family or group of friends who want to disconnect from city life and enjoy nature. We also loved the neighborhood dog Harley who would greet us every morning and hang out with us through the day.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

This home was absolutely beautiful! The backyard view is breath taking! I would love to stay here again next time I visit Lake Cumberland with the family! Everyone in the area and the neighbors were very friendly and the home was very organized. I also loved the binder with all the notes and additional info, that was a very nice touch.

This home was perfect for our ladies get a way! Lots of space, well furnished kitchen, plenty of towels and wash clothes, great outdoor space! This property is in a beautiful rural neighborhood. Cows across the street, lake views, we even saw a bald eagle fly over. We would love to come back!

Great House, Great Location

We were in a group of 3 couples. House was great, super clean, plenty of parking, and very close to Conley Bottom Marina. We had a small peek view of the lake from the back deck, and lots of outside space to hang out and build a fire in the evenings. Neighbor dog, Harley, came to greet us and hung out with us in the evenings. Would definitely rent here again!

Amazing Rental!

This rental is beautiful. This was our second time staying here. And it didn’t disappoint. The view is beautiful and you can see it from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable with lots of spaces to sit and read, play games, eat, etc. Everything you need to cook a meal is available. And plenty of dishes so you’re not always eating on paper plates. We will absolutely visit again.

We arrived late at the property and hadn’t checked email for code to get into the house. A quick phone call to the host resolved that issue and we started what would be a relaxing stay, with all the convenience of home. We really loved the seating options for family dining. Absolutely the best, stunning property and home. I will return here every time if available. Spacious, inside and out on beautiful deck. Emaculately clean and kept. A hidden gem off the beaten path with a view of cows included. We were greeted by Harley, the neighbor lab who came down to check us out. It really was a very nice place, beautiful view. If you have a paint easle this is your place. Very spacious. Would have loved to have had a ping pong table for the teens, its big enough. As it was we really enjoyed just chilling in our own places. Very well equipped and clean.

Mother's Day Week 2023

Awesome!! I have rented several vacation properties in the Monticello and surrounding areas over the years to visit family living there and this far exceeded any of the previous rentals and some of those were very nice. The home is spacious and inviting with an open common area for guests to visit (we had 20 there for Mother's Day BBQ), and the outside deck and fire pit was just as amazing as the inside. Beautiful view of Cumberland River, nature at it's best. The home is furnished nicely with just about everything you could possibly need for a great stay. No issues whatsoever with check-in, Imogene was such a doll. Very convenient to Monticello and Somerset and all the stores for anything you might need. The house has a game to be played and my entire family enjoyed participating from my mother (88) to my youngest great niece (6), fun for all - I hope the game continues. Wonderful home for a peaceful getaway

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything needed to cook, clean, do laundry and dishes/run dishwasher. The property is beautiful and ideal area for those who enjoy walking. The only thing we missed was having a smart TV to binge our favorites. The linens were fine but the beds could have been more comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful host and Lake House

Great View, easy to find, spacious and clean. Kitchen and linens well supplied. Upgraded ,beautiful kitchen. Room for visitors to spread out on the multiple decks, open design first floor and basement family room. Very close to large marina and space for boat on drive. Will definitely consider when returning to Lake Cumberland!
