Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the bathroom sink caused an inconvenience during your stay. During our inspection prior to your arrival, our team discovered that the sink handle was broken, making that particular sink temporarily unusable. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the repair before check-in, so we proactively contacted you hours before your arrival to make you aware of the issue and also provided hand sanitizer in the affected bathroom as an additional convenience until the repair could be completed. While we completely understand the inconvenience, the home has four bathrooms, and the other three sinks were fully functional throughout your stay. The shower and toilet in the affected bathroom also remained fully operational. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the garage access. While unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally arise, our team always does our best to communicate them promptly and provide accommodations wherever possible. We’re sorry these items impacted your overall experience and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

The actual home was just as described. The cleanliness at check in was very good. The only issue we dealt with was not enough towels.

We had a good time. Our biggest blip was the bedroom floor plans. We were a group of seven, 4 adults and 3 young kids. the bedrooms were split between 3 floors and none of the kids were ok sleeping in the mother-in-law type room on the bottom floor. So the 3 kids had to share the bunk beds adjacent to their parents. Not ideal, while the 4th bedroom remained empty. We had a couple of issues that the property managers took care of promptly. The golf cart was a great perk, and the house was just down the street from the new bridge over the dunes. Second row from the beach and water could be glimpsed between houses. It must be a full time rental, because there were no dressers or hangers in the closets. Would have been nice to have hangers.
