Our lower unit provides over 1,800 sq ft of super comfy living space. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodates six adults with room to spare. Eat your way through the cities vast array of spectacular restaurants, diners, bars, food trucks, or hit up the local grocery store and prepare your own culinary delights in our fully equipped kitchen. With off street parking for 2 vehicles and your own private courtyard, this uptown home away from home is sure to satisfy !

Family Reunion

Had a great stay. House is so roomy. Had our own parking spot, which made a huge difference. Location was awesone for a stay near the French Quarter. Quick communication from the owners. Loved our visit, hope to stay there again soon!

Great Stay on Napoleon

Our family had a great stay here, and the central location was perfect for our purposes -- it was easy to get uptown, downtown, to City Park, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay & the BEST host ever!!

We were in town for Taylor Swift and stayed at Colleen's place. She was SO welcoming, and we enjoyed her home so much. There was room for everyone and we were close to all the major attractions. We will not hesitate to book with her again if we return to New Orleans.

My older brothers and I really enjoyed the warmth and hospitality that Colleen and Huey showed. The house was excellent as advertised and location was perfect. Short auto trip to Quarter and very walkable around Carrollton and Tulane area

A Clean & Safe Place in New Orleans!

We loved our stay at this property in New Orleans. Colleen was hospitable and great to work with. Her home is a clean and relaxing place to come back to after a long day exploring the city of New Orleans. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again!

Great Jazzfest weekend

Property as advertised. Well stocked with everything you need. Convenient to restaurants and clubs. Safe neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out. Huey responded to any questions we had and was super helpful in advising on local attractions.

Super clean and cozy.

Great layout of property. Quiet street with very little traffic. Colleen & Huey met us at check-in and showed us the property. It is much better when using vrbo to deal with owners versus a management company middleman.

Our property is close enough to all the action without being in the center of it. The lower unit provides complete privacy to our guests. Owner interaction is guest driven.

What makes this property unique

The cool part of our place is US! We are super chill, and love helping guest get the most out of their visit to the city. We live up stairs so should you need something we can be easily available. Parking is a big deal here and we have lots of it! If Guests should have more than 2 vehicles , no worries! We have another drive way behind our gate the full length of the property, where extra cars can be parked and locked up for the duration of the stay. Come Chill with us!
