This is a beautiful home and large enough for our family to gather for my dad’s memorial service. Walking distance to the center of town and to Box Canon. The view from the deck is just amazing!

Highly recommend!We stayed in Ouray for our daughter’s wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect for our large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, get ready for events, and still have quiet time when needed — which was especially important since the bride was staying with us. The house worked beautifully for our whole party. Thank you!

Beautiful home right in downtown Ouray. We were able to walk to shopping, dining and Box Canyon Falls. Lots of parking. Easy short drive to Alpine Loop and Yankee Basin for off roading. The house is great if you have a couple of families for everyone to have their own space. There was only 5 of us but we all enjoyed having our space. The back porch is to die for. Amazing views. Kitchen had everything you could need to prepare any meal. We definitely will return with the rest of the family. Maggie and Lauren were always quick to respond.

Bike trip to Ouray

Was an absolute treat to stay in such a wonderful place with everything as advertised. Host was most gracious and helpful with everything needed. 10/10

Stayed here with a group of friends (12) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and maintaiend. The location is great and we were able to park 6 cars in the area (usually difficult for a mountain town). We loved being so close to Twin Peaks hot spring and went over there for an afternoon. Easy walking anywhere in town. The house could use some more cooking utensils and pans, it was difficult to cook for a large number with a limited pan selection. Also, a few box fans would help cool the house off when first staying, if it has been closed up for a few days or if it is unseasonably warm. We would most certianly stay here again.
