Gorgeous 4 bedroom house in Burns Park 10 min walk to the Big House!
Fully renovated historic 4 bedroom house in Burns Park. 10 minute walk to the University of Michigan campus and less than 10 minute walk to the Big House!! Brand new furnishings throughout the house with all new kitchen and bathrooms. The main floor has a large living room, new kitchen and dining room. The second floor has three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 double beds) and 1.5 new bathrooms. The third floor has two twins beds. The basement has a television with a huge U-shaped couch and a full bathroom. The side yard is a large flagstone patio with a large 9 foot picnic table for pre-game partying! This home is perfect for a family graduation or football weekend!
