• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

The home was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the busy part of town and several restaurants and is less than a two-minute walk to the beach.

We loved everything about the property and it exceeded our expectations. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach, and public beach access and had an ocean view. We rode bikes to Fort Fisher from the house as well as it was a reasonable distance and also not far from the KB boardwalk. The kitchen and bath were modern and nice, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked meals there with ease. The coffee machine was a combo unit with traditional brewing pot and a Keurig. Dishes and glasses were displayed on the wall shelves making them easy to find. The floor plan of the house allowed for a spacious main room with sitting and dining areas. There’s a desk in case you need to set up a laptop. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were really nice. There were plenty of hooks in the bedrooms and baths to hang up robes etc. The decor was neutral and beachy - serene and attractive. The bungalow is in a group of 4 bungalows, which includes a communal outdoor seating area with fire pit, an added bonus. This would be a great place for a group of people renting the 4 bungalows.

Luxe designer beach bunglow

We stayed here 4 nights and it was very clean and comfortable.We could have used a few kitchen towels and a sponge but otherwise it was great.They had stated no beach towels and no chairs so we made other arrangements but there were actually both available.It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach with no beach fees. Lovely stay!
