Loved the location- very short walk to the beach. The umbrellas a chairs set up on the beach was a nice surprise. I wish it was clearer that this a duplex.

Pelican Perch was wonderful. Everything was just as described and the added benefit of having the daily beach chairs set up was a fantastic amenity. Jim was an outstanding host, very communicative and responsive and very helpful. Only have positive things to say and would happily rent this location again and from this owner again. Thank you!

Wonderful experience. Terrific location. Very short walk to the beach. Property manager was very nice and easy to work with. Property was extremely clean, nice and well kept. Would rent here again with no hesitation.

Great home, comfy beds and bedding. 2 minutes to the beach. Furniture and decor very nice. We had a minor issue with the microwave and our property manager responded with n several minutes.

Family trip

We had a great time, the proximity to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk was excellent, no car needed. The property fitted a family of 8 no problem. People traveling from overseas maybe beach towels would have been a help. We did love our stay and would stay again. Jim anserwed my questions in a timely manner. Thanks
