Perfect location in downtown Charleston!Everywhere we wanted to go was within 15 minutes or less walking distance. Hyman's (one of the world's most legendary restaurants) is right around the corner. The unit was exactly what we wanted - great location that had a vintage vibe with modern amenities. Matt was our host and was very helpful and responsive..answered all our questions. Highly recommended!
Charleston is a very walkable town and this property is very well positioned for that. We came for Spoleto and could easily walk to all venues and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and just the right size for us. Thank you to Matt for being a great host
It was the perfect location for exploring the city, right near Market St. and King St. The room was very clean and the space was really cute. It was spacious and the outdoor space was wonderful. Prepare to pay to park, which is understandable and reasonable based on prices to park in the city.
Location was impeccable! We didnt have to drive anywhere, everything was within walking distance! So awesome to have a restaurant right under it. Super close to the Charleston market. If you like sleeping in the complete dark, the bedroom provides that!Nice little rooftop patio to unwind or for a couple drinks before you go out!
Really nice location, close to transit and restaurants. The suite was very comfortable with a huge jacuzzi tub and sweet little kitchen set up.....highly recommend!
We had a great stay at this property. The location was amazing. We were able to easily walk everywhere- restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston!
The host is awesome. Beautiful property. Can’t beat the location. Felt very safe. Walk to everything. Parking garage is super close. City noise is minor. Private elevator is so cool. Charleston is a “must see” city!

Great location. Easy access. Significant fan noise and wall vibration from the first floor restaurant exhaust running right through the unit’s kitchen. The jacuzzi tub finish and cleanliness prevented its use as a tub, and it is a huge step into it for the shower.
only issue was loading and unloading. There is limited space on the road and the elevator is SLOW. As well, someone has to hold the elevator door with the button otherwise, eventually it starts beeping and the door closes regardless of if you have the door blocked or not.. The Charleston Place garage is very convenient (though pricey). The place was fine for the 2 of us and very clean. We parked and walked everywhere as the unit is very centrally located for everything we wanted to do downtown.
Great location and value! The building is older and could use some TLC but overall a nice place to stay and within walking distance to all of the great things Charleston has to offer.
Perfect location! This was my second time staying at Matt’s VRBO, and it was just as great as I remembered it almost ten years ago. The location is beyond perfect. Walkable to all of the downtown Charleston hot spots - restaurants, shopping, the Market, you name it! This time my best friend and I stayed for a mom’s getaway. A great weekend with a dear friend in the perfect location.
