The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​Can Picafort, ideal to disconnect from the routine. It is located a few minutes from the sea and about 200 meters from the beach. It is a very well distributed apartment ideal for 2 or 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and with all the comforts for them to enjoy (air conditioning, heating, cot, sofa, equipped kitchen, terrace, elevator. ..). The totally new and well equipped kitchen with access to the balcony.
Right in front of the apartment is our pedestrian promenade.
In the area where it is located you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, medical service, public transport ... And you can also practice different leisure activities such as: diving, horse riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the natural park of the Phoenicians and l'Albufera ...
