Fabulous apartment. Great neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was perfect. GREAT location- Safeway is only a few blocks away- easy walk. Just be aware that there are some steep steps up, and parking on the street is limited. Lovely small lanai. I would stay here again!!

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the apartment, but this place worked perfectly! The location is awesome- very well located in Capitol Hill and close to easy bus routes and a grocery store. Next time we’re in Seattle, we will definitely seek this spot out!

Cute little one bedroom in a perfect location. We walked down to Victrola coffee every morning, Trader Joe’s was a 5 min walk away, everything was close and convenient, and the space was great. We love that this is managed by a family and not some big property management company.

The apartment had everything the two of us needed for a week in Seattle. The location is perfect for restaurants, shops and public transportation. The apartment gets nice light. The kitchen and bathroom included all the amenities. We appreciated the bedroom air conditioner and even found, though it is loud, it worked as white noise (and I’m a bad sleeper!). The apartment is lived in and cozy in the best way. We will definitely return if the apartment is available in the future.

This was an excellent place to stay. The kitchen was tastefully updated and well equipped. A comfortable bathroom was also updated and had a great shower. Everything in the apartment was very clean. The airconditioning and fans worked well. Erik was quick to answer my questions. It was a pleasant home away from home.

Comfortable and clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Perfect location on Capitol Hill; within walking distance of restaurants, nightclubs, groceries, and medical facilities. Also, it is located within easy walking distance of public transportation to Seattle Center and Pike Place. Erik and Laura are terrific hosts! I will try to return here for my next visit to Seattle

Cozy spot in a location accessible to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and more. Most within walking distance. Downtown Seattle was just a short drive, maybe about 20 mins. Or at least it seemed. Clean, cozy, feels safe and like home. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent several nights and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again. The home was clean and the bed was super comfortable! We cooked several meals there, finding everything we needed in the kitchen. There is a grocery store a couple blocks away so it was convenient to grab a few things as needed (coffee cream, The Link light rail station is several blocks away, we used that also to go to different parts of downtown Seattle. We enjoyed the restaurants and bars of the neighborhood as well as walking to Volunteer Park.

I really found the place very comfortable and fun to stay in. All the essentials were there, and everything worked fine. Comfortable bed too, with lots of extra blankets in case of a cold night. clean bathroom, and the kitchen worked well too

Erik’s property is perfect for a couple! The location is perfect - walking distance to numerous bus stops for a variety of quick easy routes into and around Seattle. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe walking regardless of the time. It’s even near a nice big grocery store and some shops/restaurants. There are reusable bags to take with you, which was really helpful. The apt was perfectly appointed for a week long stay. There was even coffee and tea for us to make, which helped warm us up on the rainy evenings after a long day out. We have fallen in love with Seattle and will probably be back again!

Awesome Location

This was an awesome choice to stay for a trip to Seattle! It was right on Capitol Hill and sooo many great places were within walking distance. It was clean and we loved staying here. Would definitely go back on our next Seattle trip.
