Get ready to relax, swim and play in this lovely 4-bedroom house in Lewes. With three traditional bedrooms & one loft space made for the coolest of kids- the family will fall in love! The master bedroom (mermaid cove) & the lower bedroom (the porthole) have queen beds for ultimate in comfort. The third traditional bedroom offers the most fun flip-flop bunks with one full bed on the bottom & a twin on top. When you head to third story loft, you'll find two additional twin beds for the ultimate spreading out potential & don’t forget the all too sweet Under the Sea twin daybed tucked under the stairs with an amazing view of the flying fish! The open & airy kitchen, dining & sitting area allow the whole family to be together in the comfort of their own spaces. The downstairs great living/sunroom is pure delight. Watch the sunrise indoors from the comfort of the couch & if you’re lucky enough, catch the wildlife sneaking through the trail that runs behind the home. Completely opposite, cuddle up outside or grab an espresso & sit on your second story deck & soak in the view. Enjoy the convenience of neighborhood amenities like the giant saltwater pool, boat drop, miles of walking trails, and just the utmost in surrounding scenery. Overall, not a bad property. The neighborhood and all the amenities that were offered was a plus. The house does show signs of wear and tear that can be seen inside. The owners were responsive to our concerns and issues which was a great thing.

We had a wonderful time. Lots of beach time, an afternoon at the pool, our daughters watched “Gone With the Wind” for the first time (with all appropriate disclaimers by their parents and onscreen), and on YouTube TV we saw Taylor Swift announce her new album on Travis’s podcast. Many happy memories in a few short days. The house was lovely and comfortable, and our hostess was warm and immediately responsive. Highly recommended!!

Enchanting and Comfortable Home

Spacious home in a wonderful, established development. Quiet area a short drive from the Lewes Transit Center and beach areas. Easy walk or short drive to the pool and marina.The home has two bathrooms, and two living areas, the larger one worked out great for a movie night since it rained during a few days during our stay. There is also an outdoor shower.The bedrooms offered privacy and were comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer. Paper towels, tp, dishcloths, containers, cookware and basic spices were available.I had mentioned we would be celebrating my daughter’s birthday and our hosts left a balloon and card for her which was incredibly thoughtful. Hosts were extremely responsive to our needs during our visit to Delaware.
