Copper Cabin offers peace and privacy in the woods!
The new Copper Cabin brings to mind words like “warm, quiet, peaceful, colorful.” We were able to put this all together once again with the help of family and friends who helped us to display their treasures and with the local Amish who helped us to create and build it.
Copper Cabin can accommodate 10 people. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 additional beds in the large loft area, 2 full baths (with Jeff’s custom walk-in shower upstairs!), full kitchen with all cooking utensils, cable TV, covered porch, patio, fire pit area, charcoal grill. We are tucked back into the woods, so you are more likely to see a deer or turkey than another person! But we are only minutes from all the area has to offer: hundreds of miles of ATV trails, fishing, boating, hiking, golf. There are year round local events, fairs and flea markets, like the Strawberry Fest in summer, Cranberry Fest in Fall and many more in between. A local brewery, winery, excellent local restaurants and good old fashioned service!

Great trip. Clean cabin that was close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Rented side x sides and kayaks from Webb’s rental in Hatfield. Weather was great and cabin was fantastic. Five beds for 5 guys. Nobody had to share. Huge selling point for us.
The cabin was very cute and clean, well furnished and the layout was perfect! We appreciated the toaster and coffee maker for breakfast. We spent the majority of our time on the UTV trails. The location of the cabin was great for trail access. There was plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and trailers. We would definitely recommend for small group or families. The only negative was the creaky floor in the loft.
Cabin was very cozy and in a private location well off the road. Great place to adventure out of on our UTV. Found the cabin a great place to relax on a rainy day that kept us inside.

Private location. Not inviting with concrete floors and old area rugs were tripping/slipping hazards. Loft area was extremely creaky and noisy to main level sleepers.

Hi Carrie- well i’m so glad you love the location! It is a perfect spot for privacy at the copper cabin to be tucked back in the woods. It’s been a long season and sounds like a few new rugs are in order, check! As for the cement floors, it’s the perfect conduit for the in- floor heating system. I always thought the caramel coloring imprinted in the them was a beautiful accent to the natural wood, but I understand rustic is not everyone’s cup of tea.
Thanks for coming, safe travels and maybe come back for the floors when it’s cold outside so I can change your impression!

Had a great weekend stay here with one adult and three children. Cabin was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
Sounds like this is just what you needed, quiet and relaxing! Thank you for coming and I try coming in the winter, that's a whole different kind of quiet wonderland.
Beautiful clearing where I could relax while my children played & explored. Property owners are amazing & know how to create a cozy home away from home. We enjoyed walking down the ATV trail nearby.
Really enjoyed our time at the Copper Cabin. It had all that we needed. Close to restaurants, nature and perfect spot to visit our extended family in the area. We flew in to the Twin Cities from NYC and the drive was so easy. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for coming and so glad you enjoyed the cabin and the area!
This is a perfect place for my group of friends to stay for a weekend of bumming around the area. It is not luxurious, but very quiet and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. We have stayed here before and will stay here again!
House is very clean and a good getaway location. House is extremely noisy. Upstairs floor creaks and squeaks. Cannot walk up there without the whole house hearing. Door handles are also very loud. Definitely no sleeping in there with a house full. Cute place, just very creaky. Heat was not on when we arrived and it took a good 12 hours to get it over 55 degrees in there.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and things were clean and convenient for you. The creaky floor upstairs is an interesting issue that we'll get our Amish friends to take a look at, along with the fun hardware they used for the a few of inside door handles.
Again, glad your stay was a good one!
Safe travels,

We stayed at the Copper Cabin during a cold March weekend. Our adult kids and their significant others joined us. The cabin fit the 6 of us nicely and had everything we needed. We had a great time!
Great little cabin! I think a few small changes would really make this place feel more comfortable- several of the lights don’t work and the light bulbs were all different temperatures and it was offputting. Replacing them with the same kind would really help. Better blankets and pillows. Overall it was a great value and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen.
