When we arrived at this home, it was just spectacular! Absolutely beautiful. It was just an oasis for our Family. The pool is so stunning at night with its lavender and purple lighting, the palm trees and the beautiful flowers. It was a dream come true! Sarah and Maria were so easy to talk to. What a beautiful bunch of ladies that helped us with our stay. If we had any questions, they were right there to answer. The restaurants around. Town are absolutely amazing, especially simply delicious and The sand bar. We were right by the beach and were able to walk. It was not packed. It felt very private actually there weren’t many people there and we just enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for this wonderful vacation.

The beach house is what we called this home while we were there. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we could have needed and more. Clean, 2 blocks from the beach and incredibly beautiful! Of course the pool was our favorite part! The pool shed was stocked with lots of floaties and a wagon for all our beach days! The outdoor shower was moms favorite part and hopefully we can stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. The Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We loved our stay! The pool was beautiful and plenty big. The only thing I would have liked is if it had been heated and maybe had a little pool vacuum as it got dented easily. Of course it was October so having a heated pool would have been great but any other time of the year it would really not be necessary. The Beach was a very easy and short walking distance…perfect. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Amazing week!

I’ve rented multiple properties on VRBO and this was by far the best. The pool was clean, warm, and beautiful, and was where we spent the majority of our time. The backyard was amazing with plenty of chairs, shade with the umbrellas, and the kids loved the fire table at night. The house was so nice inside, and had everything that we could possibly need. The hosts were incredible, they checked in multiple times before our stay even began, immediately answered any questions, made sure we were all set for check in on the day we arrived, and were always quick to respond to any needs (which were basically non-existent as they had already taken such great care of everything.) The location is amazing. We could walk to anywhere in downtown Cocoa, and the beach was barely a walk at all. The house came with bikes, a surfboard, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I could go on and on. To sum everything up, this will be the only place that we stay during any of our next trips!

Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than appears in the pictures. Very clean. Would recommend this place. 5 stars. Close to downtown and the beach. Best vacation ever.

This was an absolutely awesome spot for a vacation. The home was very clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. The private backyard pool was a hit with the family. The proximity to Cocoa beach was so convenient, especially with the included equipment provided by the hosts. We definitely recommend and have already discussed returning soon. The host was very responsive to any questions we had, and even made recommendations for dining etc. Check this place out!
