OLD TOWN LOCATION...
A beautifully furnished and comfortable home, located just 5 short blocks to Duval Street.  Have bikes delivered and you will rarely need your vehicle to get around the Island if at all! 
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

FURNISHINGS...
Updated furnishings throughout this charming 2 bedroom home.  The living room features vaulted ceilings and has several French doors which open to the deck and pool.  The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs.  There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs located in each bedroom as well as closets to store all your belongings.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed and full tiled bathroom en suite.  The guest bedroom in on the first floor and has two twin beds which can be conveniently converted to a king to meet your needs.  There is also a full bath located next to the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room for additional guest sleeping.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the rear French doors and step out to a private small heated pool where you can cool off.  The deck is equipped with two loungers and a small table for two.  

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates, and is 3 blocks away.

One dog is considered at this home. A pet fee is required.

We spent three quiet nights at the cottage. Nothing out of the ordinary for Florida — a little mold, a little old, but overall a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and it had the basic amenities we needed. With a bit of upkeep, it could be a really charming spot.

Overall a great house for a small family. Location is easy walk to Marina, duval a bit further. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool is small (Think dinning room table size). Shower upstairs has zero water pressure and odd layout but expected in the old bungalows of key west. Downstairs shower was great. Even with some negatives, we’d stay there again. Great price for what you get.

Absolutely perfect little treasure in an exceptional location. Close to everything, beautiful, clean and comfortable house. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning on night one, and a very rapid response by management, the trip was ideal. We go every year and this is hands down one of the best properties we have stayed at in Key West.

Perfect place for my wife and me. Close enough to walk to Duval Street, Hemingway’s house, Truman Whitehouse and other points of interest, but far enough for peace and quiet. We would stay again. The home is in a great location, great walks every morning to get coffee at Doing Work Coffee. Beautiful Royal Poinciana out front. Great front porch with rocking chairs. The little plunge pool was great after our daily pickleball games. The only thing is the upstairs room does struggle to cool but other than that it’s a great little house!

Great location and property

We had a great visit. The property was in a location of Key West that was walking distance to all the landmarks but also far enough away to be out of the main tourist traffic. The house was comfortable and clean and the back deck and pool were a great place to relax between activities.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in key west! Very walkable for us (family w 2 toddlers) and so much to do/see close to downtown. Quiet and peaceful off the Main Street, besides the local early bird roosters :) Look forward to returning!

The cleaners are on a tight schedule on our busy island so we must respect that to make sure all our guest enjoy a squeaky clean rental. Our concierge service does offer luggage storage however although we understand it isn't as easy as staying in the home a little longer. We hope this won't keep you from staying with us again.
