This one-bedroom one-bath renovated unit has a full kitchen and access to a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee and tea. It is also fully stocked with pans, dishes, and tableware.
This spacious unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a king-size bed plus one full-size sofa bed in the living room.
The king-size bedroom includes a Roku-ready TV (with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming platforms).
The cozy living room with a fireplace is furnished with a convertible sofa, additional seating, and a Roku-ready TV (with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more). A workspace, dining area, and fast internet are included.

Exclusions: Guests are not allowed access to the porches, storage unit, or main house. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Infractions will result in an additional $250 minimum fee. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
