Great stay! 6 of us stayed comfortably for 2 nights. Airy space, well outfitted and easy to use AC/TVs etc. Incredible location right off the H street corrridor with walkable access to so many delicious food stops and fun shops! All rentals have a little wear and tear, but the host took those notes beautifully and their communication was so timely and thorough. Checkout procedures were minimal and easy. A few coat hooks and towel hooks around the entrance and bathroom would be a great addition!

Overall we had a good experience, and great location for visiting the DC area. Neighborhood is a little noisy, especially over the weekend, but then it is in the city.The property was mostly as described, and met our needs. Tons of character and charm. Would recommend if your looking for a place in Capital Hill area.

Unfortunately, upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned from previous guests. Not only that, the entire place smelled like weed. The property manager did have the place cleaned up within a couple of hours, but it is difficult to get rid of weed smell in that timeframe.
