The house was absolutely immaculate and Kristin could not have nicer or more helpful. The location was just 25 minutes from RDU, 12 minutes from downtown Durham and about a half an hour from Chapel Hill. Comfortable living room for my small group, large screen TV with all the streaming channels and a very cool coffee grinder/maker for regular or espresso coffee. Highly recommend. John L

We had a fantastic stay at Kristin’s cozy cottage. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I frankly feel I owe her a hand written thank you note because it felt like I was staying at a friend’s home not a vacation rental. If you want a cozy, clean cottage to come home to, a comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen, Kristin’s home is perfect. I would do it all over again and recommend highly to a friend.

Amazing little cottage

Great property. Inside was amazingly clean. Owners were very responsive. Everything plus more you need. Overall neighborhood was quiet most of the time and very convenient to everything.

It was the perfect spot to spend a few nights while we visited colleges in the area. The cottage was very clean and well decorated with pleasant details in every room (white noise maker, nightlight/ceiling projector, cotton balls, cosmetic wedges, welcome basket with snacks and treats, linen spray). The coffee and tea station was incredible. The whole experience was top notch and will truly spoil us when we rent anywhere else in the future.

I can't say enough about this property and host. I have never stayed at a property that was this stocked and everything you would need is available. Excellent communication with host. Greeted us with flowers...and Hello...the little extra that the bathrooms have, oh my...I'll be doing an upgrade on my own bathrooms. Coffee bar!! Beds are very comfortable as well. Alot of thought has gone into this property and you can tell. We needed a ramp last minute and they made that happen. I would definitely stay again.
