This is a 4 bdrm/2.5 bathroom townhouse located within 1 block of many restaurants and shops, and just a few blocks to Wawa, grocery store and beach -- you will not need your car! Been renting successfully for 15+ years. Historically rent Sat-Sat, but open to shorter timeframes -- please ask!!
NEW KITCHEN AND UPSTAIRS FLOORING COMPLETED APRIL 2022.
NEW DECKS 2021.
NEW CARPETING MAY 2020.
Beds for 8 people + pull-out sofa; can accommodate 10 in beds, but up to 12-14 (kids in sleeping bags, etc). Great patio out back, in addition to deck off family room. Driveway can fit 2 car; with another one behind it....And there is street parking as well.
PLEASE ask about weekend Sept rentals. Our home will be less expensive than a hotel!!

Good location and property

My family and I had a vacation before school closes and the property met all our needs. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants,Ice cream places, mini golf and shopping around the block. It was my first time at Avalon and a little ride away from Stone Harbor and the beach was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and the bedrooms all 4 were large jn size and comfortable. Overall a really great time. 👍 Thank you!

Great stay in Avalon

We love Avalon! First time staying in this property and found it to be super clean upon arrival. Right at the center of town so walking to stores/restaurants was so easy. Was a tad further back from beach then we liked so beach cart and scooters for kids are essential. Would certainly stay again.

A beautiful beach home

My parents, brother and his wife, sister, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with this rental. The owner was easy to communicate with. The property was beautifully kept. Everything was clean and very easy to access. We loved having dinner on the deck and used the grill just about every night. It’s a beautiful home!

Avalon is our favorite shore town. The rental is located within walking distance to stores.

In the heart of Avalon!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. It was so clean, comfortable and even nicer than described in the ad. When you mention not needing a car, you are absolutely correct. We walked to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, grocery, mini golf, and our family favorite breakfast spot Uncle Bill's pancake house! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us this summer, we'll be back the same week each year!

Hi all -- thanks for looking at our listing. This home is owned by a sister and bother, and their families. We all live in PA (grew up in coal-mining town). Having this house has been a super time for us, and use it a lot in the off season....and our kids LOVE going down to the shore at any point.

Why they chose this property

We take care of the property b/c we do use it often in the Sept - July timeframe. We only rent out for a few weeks in the summer and some fall weekends. Flat screen TV in family room, new deck furniture; we paint almost every year; new carpet put in May 2020 throughout home. BRAND NEW KITCHEN completed April 2022, along with new flooring in entranceway, steps and most of upstairs. Decks rebuilt Mar 2021.
WE RENT IN SEPT FOR WEEKEND GETAWAYS OR WEDDINGS!!!
Roku TV in bedrooms; Comcast in main TV.

What makes this property unique

You will NOT need to drive anywhere...unless you want to head to Cape May or Stone Harbor for the day! There is a jitney that runs very frequently to Stone Harbor all summer long.
