Pack your bags and get ready to relax in our three bedroom two full bath home with open concept kitchen and living area, after a fun filled day at the beach rinse your toes in our outdoor shower inside our fully fenced in yard which is the perfect hang out out spot for grilling and gathering with the family Our wrap around deck gives you views of the rolling waves to the front of the house or an all natural nature preserve in the back of the house Unwind at night in the primary bedroom giving you a private full bathroom and your own entrance to the deck, other rooms include a queen bedroom with its own door to the deck as well as a bunk room with 2 bunk beds a twin over twin and a twin over full all bedrooms have a smart tv!

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES PUT ALL DIRTY DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER AND RUN DISHWASHER MAKE SURE ALL OUTSIDE DOORS ARE LOCKED. TURN AC TO 78 degrees PUT DIRTY TOWELS IN HAMPER. PLACE ALL USED LINENS ON FLOOR
CHECK ALL ROOMS FOR YOUR ITEMS SO NOTHING GETS LEFT BEHIND MAKE SURE OUTSIDE WATER INCLUDING SHOWER IS TURNED OFF PLEASE CLEAN GRILL IF IT WAS USED AND RINSE ANY TOYS THAT WERE USED
MAKE SURE BOAT LAUNCH/PEIR KEY IS BACK ON THE HOOK BESIDE THE FRIDGE TAKE OUT ALL TRASH AND IF CHECKING OUT ON FRIDAY,SATURDAY,OR SUNDAY, PLEASE PUT TRASH BINS TO THE CURB.

Family vacation

Property was nice. Quiet area. Close to beach which was very nice. House was well maintained and clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Make sure to bring any grocery items you need as there are not extras which was ok, just a good to know. There is a store close but its very expensive.
