Beach Front Condo. With no hidden fees that would inflate total charge

Right on the seawall. The beach and fishing pier is within walking distance. The view is stunning, and it faces the beach from a private balcony where you can relax on the balcony to view those beautiful sunrises over the gulf. Perfect for those relaxing family trips or just a romantic getaway. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen television with cable. There is also bunk beds to accommodate your guests and sleeper sofa in the living room, if you need it. There is also a 42-inch flat screen TV with cable in the living area. Our kitchen includes cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, Aire fryer, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi. The condo also provides covered parking for 2 vehicles. The complex also has 2 private pools one is heated, 2 hot tubs, tennis court, and area for grilling. No grilling allowed on the balcony. Several restaurants within walking distance.
There is a $30.00 parking fee that must be paid at check in.

Great place to stay! It is very close to everything including the beach. It is an easy walk across the street. Moody gardens was also a quick drive. The place was clean and had a small kitchen to make small meals. There is also a pool that was clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend it.

Fun and efficient space appreciated the closeness to the beach and grocery store. My son loved the bunk beds, the pool was lovely and easy to get around the property. Will definitely keep this in mind for future visits right across the street from the beach so coffee on the balcony with beach views was peaceful!

Communication was awesome! The bed was amazingly comfortable, our nephew is enjoyed the top bunk. This location was close to everything especially the Walmart and sonic across the street. Waterfront view on the balcony. Laundry right down the hall, do need to us a card or download the app. Roughly 6 to wash and dry a load, weekdays are the best to do your laundry. Pool was great, warm but in August everything is warm. Went to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens, mini golf, naval ships, pier 21 (5 to 15 minute drive), make sure you check the schedule because in August they close during the week so check out the schedule in advance. So many places to eat on the seawall strip and in general. There was a dishwasher, fridge, hot plate skillet and all the amenities of home you need. Plenty of options to cook/eat in your room if you wanna cut costs. Had a great stay!!!

Birthday weekend getaway

The condo was very clean, and decorated to match the awesome beach theme of the island. Cozy and comfy with an amazing view of the gulf coast, my wife's birthday weekend couldn't have gone better! This was an excellent place to stay.
