Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip beds. Place used towels in the laundry chute located in the upstairs hallway. Do not leave the dryer running when you leave. Return any moved furniture to its original location.
Close all windows If you use the grill, please clean and cover.
Do not enter the property next door without the owner’s permission. Visits can be arranged by the property manager. Your feedback is very important to us. Please take a minute to leave us a review.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is s great place for friends and family. On this property you will have everything you need for the stay. There is plenty of space and lots of games for the children. An amazing pool area for adults and children. I will visit again.

This was the perfect place for a weekend with friends! The house is beautiful and has everything you need, the pool is perfect, and the property is gorgeous! We loved hanging out by the pool, playing games, and just enjoying time together. We went to Greendance Winery which was fun and super close by and enjoyed a day in Pittsburgh as well! Wonderfull home and location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool was fantastic, with plenty of outdoor chairs and tables to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location was beautiful, with lovely views of rolling hills and horses nearby, yet still conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other facilities. Communication with the house manager was excellent—quick, helpful, and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

I rented the property for a birthday weekend with friends. The house is beautiful and even nicer than it looks in the photos. It is decorated with a lot of interesting items. There is so much space for entertaining. The kitchen was great and fully equipped with all the cooking implements and dishes we needed. The heated pool was AWESOME. All 8 of us enjoyed ourselves so much and would highly recommend this property.

This home holds a special place in our hearts-it's been in our family for generations. Our parents moved to this town from New Jersey when our father began working for Winkie's. As the company faded with the rise of McDonalds, he followed a new dream. In 1972, our father, Joseph Pappalardo, purchased one of the oldest buildings in Western Pennsylvania. After three years of restoration, he opened The Back Porch Restaurant in Charleroi, PA.

Today, The Back Porch Restaurant has become not only a beloved community staple, but also a destination spot for visitors near and far.

What makes this property unique

This home was originally owned by our parents and became the backdrop for countless family memories, filled with joy, laughter, and love.
