3-bedroom House with Heated Pool in Delightful St. Augustine. Pet-Friendly!

Welcome to the Old City Oasis where old time history meets newer time conveniences! Relax by the brand-new saltwater pool complete with a sunshelf, bubbler, and umbrella hole. Plenty of patio furniture to choose from - whether you want to catch up on your tan, isolate to read a good book, or socialize with friends. Extremely fun live edge wood bar with a TV and super convenient pass-through window to the kitchen! Excellent location with easy access to downtown, the beach, and the Ampitheatre.

We know you will enjoy the exciting indoor/outdoor living that Old City Oasis has to offer. The pool speaks for itself and the outdoor bar with a pass-through window the kitchen to serve drinks/food is another level! The front porch swing can also be a nice little getaway. There is also a very cozy living room with comfortable seating and a large 65" TV. All 3 bedrooms contain some fun LED lighting in the beds or side tables which can entertain the kids or make for a good mood setter. The master bedroom is the only one with an ensuite bath. The space is newly renovated and very clean!

**Please note that it will be an additional $25/day to heat the pool**

-1.5 miles to Downtown St. Augustine
-1.2 miles to the St. Augustine Ampitheatre
-0.5 miles to the Alligator Farm
-3.2 miles to the St. Augustine Pier (Beach)

PET POLICY:

We can accommodate up to 3 dogs at $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable). You must let us know prior to check in and have paid the fee. The dogs need to be up to date on shots and fully potty trained/kenneled. Any pets need to be crated indoors, especially if left unattended. We ask that no pets are allowed on the hardwood floors since they can be easily scratched. There is a vinyl gate that can be pulled to separate that part of the house, but if that doesn't work then please make other accommodations to control the animal(s). Also, please no pets on any furniture. Guests will still be responsible for any damages their pet makes during the stay.

Old City Oasis was perfect for our stay. It is conveniently located to downtown, St Augustine Beach, and the Amphitheater. It is clean and offers plenty of privacy for 6 adults. We especially appreciated extra coffee cups. :-) We didn’t swim, but enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the mornings and evenings. We would love to book it again for our next trip to St Augustine.

The house had a great layout, updated inside with beautiful countertops, hardware and tile. It was the perfect size for a weekend getaway for a girls' trip. We had 6 ladies and we had more than enough room to sleep all of us, convene in kitchen, living room, and pool area. The host was fantastic by allowing us to check in a little early due to it not being rented the night before, which we greatly appreciated! It was close to everything!
