Please cover the BBQ and be sure the propane is turned off on both the BBQ and firepit.
Please be sure to turn off all outside string lights.
Please put away any outside games if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To maintain the cleanliness of the home, please remove all ski boots, snowboard boots, and shoes before entering. Please use provided shoe trays.
For the safe storage of your skis, several ski racks are available on the back side of the carport area. Please do not bring equipment inside.
Please be considerate of our neighbors, many of whom reside here full-time and work during the day. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We love our neighborhood in Tahoe Vista! It is quiet, peaceful and yet so close to all the fun excited adventures that Lake Tahoe has to offer. We are walking distance to the Lake, a short drive to the ski resorts and centrally located to so many wonderful sightseeing and hiking locations. Come experience Tahoe with us!
