The property location and staff were great! Unfortunately the hot water heater went out during our stay leaving 4 days of cold showers.

Hi Chris, The good news is that the hot water heater has been replaced, but that wasn't helpful during your stay, and our sincere apologies. Of note, the water heater was replaced within 36 hours of your notice to the office, which included the technician sourcing a new tank and scheduling it for installation. We hope to see you in the future so we can do better!

Brenden responded in a timely manner when I reached out to him regarding check in and check out. The staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and informative. The room was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious. You will not find a better view of the ocean and unless you are standing at the waters edge. The doors open the whole width of the room and perfectly frames the outdoors like a postcard. Venture out and try a variety of amazing restaurants in the area. And be sure to visit the fish fry on Thursday night!

Half day snorkel trip with a visit to big iguana island.
