Charming 1-bedroom house in Spring Hill with AC, WiFi

Come stay at one of the most magical places in Florida! This fresh one bedroom one bathroom space is made to relax and unwind or be as adventurous as you’d like, kayaking, swimming, fishing, boating, and playing. Ten minute paddle to the main river and a beautiful fifteen minute boat cruise to the gulf.
The space
The bedroom has one comfortable queen size bed and the living room has one sleeper sofa that can sleep two. There is a full shower bathroom and a full kitchen.

We offer kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe, as well as life jackets to enjoy the river. There is a floating dock to tie your boat off to and space to park a boat trailer (boat ramp located 2 minutes by car at Rogers Park).

The space is quaint and cozy so we also offer a full hook up for RV’s ($50/night) in the event someone wants to join you.

Enjoy full access to the property as well as the water vessels to put into the canal right in the backyard!

If you would like to rent the full RV hook up, it is an additional $50 per night.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hey there! We hope you enjoyed your stay at the Roc and Rol River Retreat. Before leaving, please take the trash out and please start a load of towels in the washer located in the shed.
Please turn off both Ac units and turn on tower fan in the kitchen.Please turn off all lights inside and outside.
To lock the door, push the door all the way shut and hit the lock symbol. You should hear it locking. Thank you.
