About this property

Our Sand Castle at Jax Beach! Beach Front!

Parking: One designated spot inside the garage; one designated spot in the outside parking lot.
Access: This third floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs from inside the parking garage. Remote for the parking garage is located in the kitchen on the counter.
Accommodations: King-sized beds in each bedroom. MBR has an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom uses the bathroom in the hall adjacent.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, glassware, bake ware, utensils, coffee pot (drip), etc...

Please note: This is a "no smoking of any kind" property. Also, the newly redone pool is now open!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room all have a streamlined view of the Ocean! Although the best seat in the house is out on the expansive balcony. Grab yourself a drink and don't forget your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins and the occasional whale slipping gracefully through the teal blue waters of the Atlantic!

FAST Internet and ROKU plus cable TV too!
Beach towels are available for use. Please, do not use any of our blankets for the beach. The outdoor shower is located by the pool and available for you to rinse off the salt and sand after playing on the beach or in the surf.
Pack light because there's a washer and dryer in the condo for you to use.
Book it today because this Sand Castle doesn't stay empty for very long!

Great stay, very clean! Awesome parking and location! Owner reached out multiple times in advance to make sure we were all set! Would stay again for sure. Only small downside, the furniture is pretty dated, master bed frame isn’t the best.

We just loved it! The view was spectacular. The waves crashing on the beach, the ocean breeze, sunrise, the moon at night. The condo had every thing we needed, even beach towels and chairs. And very clean .

Exceptionally clean condo. Beautiful views from every room. Condo is very outdated (think 1990s) Pictures are very accurate of the space. Furniture could definitely use some updating (living room and master bedroom)Nice to have little amenities in the kitchen, salt and pepper as well as coffee filters are plentiful. The location sells this condo. Parking is great, you’re on the beach in less than a minute from leaving the condo.

Location was amazing, place overall was great. Condo had everything we needed or could think of. Had enough seating for us to all sit and enjoy each other inside and outside, which is not always common. Furniture is outdated but efficient. Parking is tight but it’s great to have reserved parking.
